Inside Sales Representative Americas Service Agreement Sales team (United States: Nevada City, California)
As Inside Sales Representative you will engage in sales of Grass Valley Service Agreements and carry a quota that is shared with the Americas Service Agreements Sales team. Incumbent will qualify and follow up on sales leads provided by account executives, inbound calls, and outbound cold calling into customers defined by the SA Sales Director. The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the overall program and project management functions, providing leadership, coordination and management of end-to-end product delivery. Job Tasks:

Senior QA Engineer I (United States: Hillsboro, Oregon)
As a Senior QA Engineer I on the Grass Valley QA team, you will perform hands-on testing of industry-leading products and establish test plans and test cases for broadcast video on new hardware and software platforms.

You will work in an agile environment with a team of product owners, software engineers and hardware engineers to make sure testing requirements meet customer expectations. Along with designing the test plans and test cases, you will also be a focal point for Hillsboro's SI&T integration and scalability testing.

Job Tasks:
  • Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle using agile methodologies
  • Responsible to build and maintain the system integration and test labs
  • Combine black-box, white-box and gray box testing methods to test new and existing software components
  • Responsible for system test strategy, methodology, and creation of system integration and test cases and make them traceable back to the system requirements, feature lists and design documents
  • Responsible for all system integration and test executions and provide initial troubleshooting and reporting according to the system test plan
  • Responsible for documenting defects found using a bug tracking system and follow issues to resolution
