This topic comprises the resolved and known issues and miscellaneous considerations for GV Director Control Surface client software version 1.0.3.

Resolved issues:

System instability can occur when changing the IP configuration settings.
Instability can occur in the system when deleting media that previously had ARC (Aspect Ratio Conversion) settings applied.
System performance issues were observed when using a large number of clips or stills.
Transition issues with the Transition Lever Arm when in 720P.
Issues can occur when cutting between clips.
Control Surface performance issues can occur when loading or saving configurations.
Issues can occur when saving configurations upon exit.
Uploading and loading issues can occur with Production Packs and logs.

Known issues:

The first bank of OLED displays on the Control Surface can occasionally stop responding and /or go blank. This issue has been observed during start up but not during system operation. Workaround: A Control Panel restart will resolve the issue.
Some sample Production Packs contain transitions that do not support ARC settings.
