San Francisco, Calif., November 17, 2011 — Further strengthening its leadership team in Europe, Grass Valley™ announces the appointment of Christopher Brennan as Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe. Brennan will be based in Germany and reports directly to Alan Wright, Senior Vice President for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, as part of a growing emphasis on solutions and strategic relationships.

Brennan has a 14 year career in the software industry. He has held major roles at Adobe, Microsoft, and IBM, and most recently held the position of Vice President for Emerging Markets at McAfee, a subsidiary of Intel.

Responsible for orchestrating all aspects of Grass Valley's operational needs in Central and Eastern Europe, Brennan is task with building upon the company's trusted brand image. He will ensure that Grass Valley's people, sales, consultancy, support, marketing, operations, HR, product development, and finance effectively line up so that our customers win in the marketplace.
