Grass Valley Increases Visibility in France and North Africa with Strategic Partnership with Magic Hour

Hillsboro, Ore., November 26, 2013 — As part of an on-going commitment to generate further momentum and growth within its customer base in France and North Africa, Grass Valley® today announced a strategic reseller agreement with Magic Hour (which includes Magic Editing) for the distribution of Grass Valley products and services across both regions. France-based Magic Hour will manage the distribution for the entire breadth of Grass Valley's product portfolio—from live production to news, playout, and more.

Founded in October 2002, Magic Hour is a widely used supplier of hardware and software solutions in France and North Africa, delivering high-quality products to a growing list of clients. In 2009, the founders of Magic Hour collaborated with a new team to found Magic Editing, which specializes in the sale and rental of leading nonlinear editing products.
