MONTREAL, April 12, 2015 — Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, has selected one of broadcasting's largest stages, the 2015 NAB Show, to announce the launch of its LDX 4K/6X HD switchable camera, the LDX 86 Universe, in tandem with the K2 Dyno Universe Replay System. This first-of-its-kind system brings 4K and extreme-speed storytelling into the mainstream, enabling any camera or replay position to be set up for regular HD, 4K or extreme-speed acquisition/replay and requiring no additional positions or equipment in order to achieve this flexibility.

MONTREAL, April 10, 2015 — Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, has furnished LeSEA Broadcasting Network with a suite of advanced live production technology for its new HD production truck. LeSEA's new HD truck will be utilizing Grass Valley's Kayenne K-Frame Video Production Center, LDX WorldCam cameras with XCU WorldCam base stations, NVISION 8500 hybrid routers and Kaleido multiviewers.

MONTREAL, June 16, 2014 — São Paulo production company SP Telefilm will provide broadcast services to TV Azteca, one of the largest television network in Mexico, to broadcast the games of the Mexican national team in Brazil during the FIFA 2014 World Cup using live production solutions from Grass Valley, a Belden Brand. SP Telefilm, referred to the project by International Media Services Inc., will use its HD OB van to transmit the games via satellite from Santos in the state of São Paulo and from the cities where the games will take place.

MONTREAL, April 8, 2014 — Mobile TV Group (MTVG) has turned to Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, to upgrade eight of its dual-feed mobile production trucks with a workflow that delivers stunning imagery with super and ultra slow-motion replays for its clients. MTVG has purchased 16 LDX XtremeSpeed (LDX XS) 6X ultra slow-motion cameras and eight K2 Dyno Replay Systems for the delivery of compelling live sports coverage with crisp imagery for instant replays and highlights packages. Seven FOX Sports regional networks will receive these systems along with one for Root Sports Rocky Mountain. Each mobile unit will have two ultra slow-motion cameras.

Lyon Video's LDX XS cameras will be teamed up with the Grass Valley K2 Dyno Replay System with its AnySpeed dynamic playback technology to provide smooth playback at any speed from 0% to 200% and all speed transitions for ultra slow-motion 6X playout. This will dramatically expand the ability of replay operators to tell a compelling story during replays to keep viewers engaged.
