GeckoFlex 8941 SD Monitoring Distribution Amplifier

The 8941 monitoring DA supports up to four NTSC or PAL encoded monitor outputs for picture viewing, in addition to four re-clocked serial component digital outputs. The 8941 is tailored specifically for 270 Mb/s serial component digital signals, both 525 and 625 formats. In addition to a composite video monitoring output, the 8941 also indicates via front panel LED whether either ancillary data or audio is embedded in the signal.

  • Passive differential loop-through design adds flexibility and reliability to system
  • Four NTSC/PAL analog composite outputs and four serial component digital outputs
  • Ancillary data and audio detection
  • Auto format detection (525/625)
  • Front panel LEDs indicate line count, EQ warning, and ancillary audio/data presence
  • Remote health monitoring
