For those without Ignite that wish to maintain their traditional production workflow, MediaFUSE FX handles the repurposing and distribution of multimedia content stored on Grass Valley K2 or other servers, or video edited using Grass Valley Aurora™, EDIUS®, or other NLEs. MediaFUSE FX's intelligent Watch Folders give you easy-to-use drag-and-drop folders that initiate automatic processing of your completed content. A folder can have any number of actions applied to it, such as categorization, addition of key words, "stitching" of pre and post-rolls, transcoding to more than forty media formats, and distribution into your content management system.
The K2 Edge™ system is purpose-built for multichannel, integrated, automated playout. Whether two channels or hundreds, K2 Edge brings all of the components of integrated playout together in a unified system: media playout, channel graphics, asset management, and automation.
