The Grass Valley™ AppCenter is the standard control application on K2 media clients and provides a single interface for tasks such as channel control, configuration, clip management, media transfers, channel monitoring, and system monitoring.

AppCenter Pro is an enhanced version of AppCenter that adds many new features. AppCenter can be easily upgraded to AppCenter Pro via a software license.

AppCenter Elite has all the features as AppCenter Pro but includes ChannelFlex™ for K2 Summit™ and K2 Solo™ servers. ChannelFlex increases the number of video streams each server channel can handle. For example, in Multicam mode, a 4-channel K2 Summit can record up to six camera feeds and have one channel for playout.
