We can help. The Grass Valley LDK 4420 3G Twin Base Station, supporting triax and fiber, can make your cable infrastructure smarter—in the studio or on location.

To infinity and beyond (almost): Make sure your cable runs deliver with up to 1,500 meters (4,921 ft) with traditional triax coverage and a massive 5 km (3.1 miles) using single mode (dark) fiber (SC or ST) cables. And you can convert fiber to triax for the camera with the LDK 4426 converter box—and keep the converter box up to 1,500m (4,921 ft) away from the camera—talk about going the distance!

Base station bliss: When you're out in the field, lightweight equipment is the order of the day. The 3G Twin Base Station is 2 RU and weighs in at only 13 kg (28.7 lbs.). People are depending on you and you can depend on it.

The 10 LDX WorldCam camera systems are based on advanced Xensium-FT CMOS imagers and come with the 3G Transmission Twin base station, which supports 3G/1080p, Triax, and Dark Fiber. To offer maximum flexibility in the camera transmission chain, the LDK 4426 3G Triax Camera to Fiber Converters are also included.
