At Grass Valley®, long term product support (LTPS) is more than an obligation, it is how we reinforce our commitment to quality and to our customers. Once a mature Grass Valley product has reached the end of its production cycle, it will enter the first of three phases of ongoing support. The duration of this support varies by product from three to 10 years.
