After the warranty period ends, Support Agreements
are available to enhance and/or extend coverage.
A quick overview of the Grass Valley software and hardware warranty periods are provided below. Please refer to the complete warranty terms and conditions
for your region for specific details. Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Standalone and Application Software warranty: ninety (90) days following the date of shipment from the factory
- Embedded Software warranty: fifteen (15) months following the date of shipment from the factory
- Hardware warranty: fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment from factory
- Repair warranty: 90 day warranty of Grass Valley repairs
