Michael joined Grass Valley in December 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer.  He is a results-driven CFO, with over 25 years of experience in public and private companies.

Previously he served in Chief Financial Officer leadership roles at Poplar Homes, a leading tech-enabled property management company for single family rental investors as well as SeaChange, International and Bridgeline Digital. 

He played a key role in these organizations, transforming the business model to a SaaS model, as well as building teams focused on automation and driving process efficiencies.  He has successfully worked across all functions of a company to drive business growth, deliver insight and KPI measurement and provide visibility and accountability across the entire organization.

Michael holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College and began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he earned his CPA license.
