K-Frame SXP
The K-Frame SXP video production center offers exceptional production flexibility and connectivity with top-tier full raster 4K UHD 2160p processing, supporting 12G 4K UHD or 3G HD 1080p in both uncompressed and JPEG-XS formats. With a maximum I/O of 192×96, nine full M/Es, and IP connectivity for 25GbE SFPs or 100GbE QSFPs, it is the ideal tool for Technical Directors. Compatible with Grass Valley’s control surfaces like Kayenne, Karrera, and Korona, the K-Frame XP is available in compact or standard sizes, providing unparalleled 4K UHD connectivity and the capability to handle all 4K UHD 2160p signals. It even excels in 8K productions using EZ-8K Mode, providing up to 48 inputs, 24 outputs, and 4 M/Es, all while keeping workflows consistent with HD and 4K UHD operations.
K-Frame SXP - Features
Supports up to 192 inputs and 96 outputs, allowing for configurations that can be entirely SDI, entirely IP, or a mix of both, enhanced by the Advanced IP board with JPEG XS capability for efficient, lossless video transmission.
Configurable with up to 9 M/Es (Mix Effects), each featuring six keyers, enabling complex video production setups.
Delivers full raster processing for 2160p productions without resource loss, supporting multiple frame operating modes (720p, 1080p, and EZ-8K) and offering HDR capabilities through a software license.
K-Frame CXP
The K-Frame CXP video production center is a game-changer in the industry, offering outstanding full raster 4K UHD 2160p processing with exceptional flexibility and connectivity for both 12G 4K UHD and 3G HD 1080p, whether uncompressed or using JPEG-XS compression. With a maximum I/O footprint of 80×40 and six full M/Es, it maintains quality across all inputs and outputs, while IP connectivity supports 25GbE SFPs or 100GbE QSFPs. Ideal for Technical Directors, it pairs seamlessly with Grass Valley’s control surfaces like Kayenne and Karrera.
K-Frame CXP - Features
Supports up to 80 inputs and 40 outputs, configurable as all SDI, all IP, or a combination, allowing seamless integration into various production environments.
Equipped with up to 6 M/Es (Mix Effects), each featuring six keyers that support multiple keying modes, including chromakey and 2D Digital Picture Manipulators (DPMs), with optional 3D iDPMs for complex video compositions.
Provides full raster processing for 2160p productions without resource loss, supporting various frame operating modes (720p, 1080p, and EZ-8K) and HDR capabilities available through a software license.
