    Beginning immediately, and for the next 90 days:
    • We will suspend our Billable Technical Support (aka "Fee-Based Support") process globally . During this suspension we will not charge customers for tech support time — even if they do not have an entitlement.
    • We will begin offering a 25% discount off the normal price for exchange parts and factory repairs. Our Order Management Team will offer the discount for new quote requests as they arise.
    • We are creating a temporary "Business Continuity Support Agreement" offer so that customers who may need greater vendor support for a limited time will have an extremely affordable option for technical help and parts replacements. It is a fixed 3-month only term with payment in arrears options (subject to credit check).
