Catherine has over 25 years of HR experience and having worked for GV for over 20 years, she was appointed to VP of HR in November 2021. She has global responsibility for leading the HR team and driving HR strategy focusing on people, talent, and reward.

Catherine holds a diploma in Human Resources from the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
