The new systems will provide added live production capability, including social media publishing.

Vista Studios is a service-based production studio that houses clients producing live and day-of-air television programming. SAM’s sQ servers deliver multi-format support – from HD through to HDR and 4K/UHD – recording capability and the flexibility to create automated workflows for each individual client depending on their individual needs. The addition of SAM’s Go! The existing SAM products that we have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have the flexible, integrated technology that is right for us, and for our clients. The SAM workflow is so agile and it fits our requirements as a business better than anything else available on the market.”

Ed McGivern, VP, North America Sales at SAM, said, “Flexibility is everything in the current shifting media landscape and our customers are not only pushing the boundaries with content delivery across multiple platforms – including social media – but they also need to know the workflow can handle higher resolution formats without a hitch. This additional investment by Vista Studios is testament to SAM technology and its ability to outperform any other solutions in the market for multiplatform, high resolution content production.”

The enhanced studio is scheduled to go live in May 2017 and the company plans to expand this system to its three remaining studio control rooms in the coming months.
