NVP has built a new production environment to support its five-year contract with LaLiga for coverage of its two principal leagues: LaLiga EA Sports (first division) and LaLiga Hypermotion (second division). Grass Valley AMPP Live enables centralized production of every LaLiga Hypermotion match from NVP’s new Madrid production center, while LaLiga EA Sports continues to be produced through its outside broadcast fleet. The combined operation supports more than 800 live matches each season.
Following the recent disclosure and widespread media coverage of security vulnerabilities affecting PHP, Grass Valley can confirm that AMPP does not use the PHP runtime and is not affected by these vulnerabilities.
